Prof. Corin Sworn creates films and installations that push gesture and subjectivity into histories of representation. Frequently revolving around some element that tests what might be performed as a ‘script,’ Sworn is interested in how we stretch and contain information and request a body to meet a role. She is an award winning artist working with performance, video, distributed narrative, digital collage and installation. Previously Associate Professor of Art at the Ruskin School of Art, University of Oxford.
